The very central location and very amiable and extremely helpful staff were the highlight of this pleasant stay. The room we had included a safe box, television, and a mini fridge bar.
Hard to think of anything.

Spotless and fairly quiet room with exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. Well-equipped bathroom with bathtubs.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, exceeding my expectations. It was very convenient to the conference center, and even closer to the shopping and eating areas than I had anticipated. I was able to easily walk to nearby attractions like Florida Street, Plaza General Saint Martin park, and Recoleta Cemetery. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities in the area, offering a great variety of options. The rooms, though small, were cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was varied and fresh, ensuring a good start to the day.
One minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the rooms were a little cramped with the double bed. However, overall, everything was alright.

At breakfast there is a wide choice. The staff is very nice and helpful! When we arrived too early, we were still allowed to have breakfast while waiting for our room.
Nothing.

Location and hotel staff excellent. Only 1 ½ blocks from Florida street. Hotel staff very helpful and nice. They also spoke good English which is not common in ba. Staff booked taxis, city tour and in general gave good tips about ba.
Hotel was bit noisy. Mainly due to location and the fact that it's a bit old building.

location is good, quickly accessible transport to the airport
Very loud air conditioning, room located directly next to the service elevator and service storeroom - a lot of noise, craftsman noise in the first morning (can always happen)

The big room with a small balcony was perfect for enjoying the Buenos Aires atmosphere. The excellent breakfast satisfied our appetites before exploring the city. The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating, especially when dealing with a non-Spanish speaking couple like us. Despite being centrally located, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We also appreciated the first-rate airport transfers organized by the hotel, even with the early timings. And to top it all off, there was an amazing steak restaurant right across the street. As people who love karaoke and casinos, we could not have asked for more!
We felt most welcome during our stay at the Waldorf and have no complaints.

The hotel staff were fabulous. Especially (was it?) Guillermo. He was extremely friendly & helpful & when my wife had her wallet & cell phone stolen the last day we were there, he was a tremendous help in contacting the credit card & telephone companies, so that the loss was reported within a couple of hours & the cards were promptly cancelled so that there was no obligation for any fraudulent charges. I don't know if we could have done it without his help.

The room service was always there, and was also well used by us. The food was delicious and very plentiful and a small defect in the room was immediately repaired.
Different from the description of the hotel, unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange money in the hotel. This should definitely be adapted in the description.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Microcentro. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a small balcony. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel provided a nice breakfast, and the staff took care of arranging taxis and storing our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Exvcellent staff were very curtious and efficient and light breakfast was included in room rate. Great location for seeing the city of ba and very close to malls for shopping, eating etc. Our bookings were for 5 nights, then 3 nights. Total 8 nights.
Elevators were slow and very small. Some rooms were a bit on the small side for 2 or more people.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
